Cappuccino is just bad latte
I always order a flat white, I usually get a latte.
Same me ..😃😀
That’s a superb video! Good point out and the oil pulling afterwards picture, the gum looks a lot healthier
bro where is my black coffee
You do not spit coconut oil into the sink is not about water and oil mixing. Its the fact the oil Is becomes a liquid at about 20C. Therefore, if the coconut oil is colder then 20 then coconut oil becomes a solid.
How about castor oil for pulling? Thoughts please
Wooow…. Indian Ayurveda is making its way into daily routine of people 😊
i would've liked your video more if you also run this by another doctor who has another idea, you looking at images and comparing stuff isn't really proving anything since you don't really understand what you see.
As a barista, we had to make it by making chocolate milk (mixing cocoa powder with milk) and mixing that with the coffee. I can say with all honesty, this made me hate the mocha soooo much. It was a pain in the ass to make, so much mess. I am not fond of hot chocolates either since then.
Which oil is most useful ?
I don’t agree that light roasts are overrated. I think there’s a good reason why they’ve taken over the speciality coffee world. There’s a lot more complexity of flavour to them and you can much more clearly taste origin characteristics. Dark roasts are fine but not as interesting. They taste too much of the roasting process itself. Medium roast is good too, especially to go with milk like in a flat white.
Brilliant idea, although you are adding more agitation each time you pour so it probably isn’t quite the same as a regular pour for doing 1:18
How about trying more concentrated ratios like 1:12 or 1:10?
Greetings from Japan Is it true each pour brings out each stage of brewing. Ie 1st pour brings out oils n acids, 2nd pour sweets, 3rd pour brings out bitters Thats y each amount is important bcuz there r different amounts of each flavour?
The term "osmotic coffee" is incorrect because it misrepresents the scientific concept of osmosis and its application to coffee brewing. Here's why: Misunderstanding Osmosis: Osmosis: This is the process where water molecules move through a semipermeable membrane from an area of low solute concentration to an area of high solute concentration. It's a passive process driven by the concentration gradient. Coffee Brewing: When making coffee, water extracts soluble compounds from coffee grounds through a combination of diffusion and dissolution, not osmosis. There is no semipermeable membrane involved in standard coffee brewing methods. Incorrect Scientific Application: In coffee brewing, water acts as a solvent, dissolving various soluble compounds (like caffeine, oils, and flavors) from the coffee grounds. This is more accurately described by diffusion and extraction, not osmosis. Using "osmotic" suggests that coffee brewing involves the movement of water through a membrane, which is not the case. Potential Confusion: Using the term "osmotic coffee" could mislead people into thinking there's a special brewing process involving osmosis, which is scientifically inaccurate. It might imply a pseudo-scientific or marketing-driven concept rather than a real, scientifically supported method of coffee preparation. To sum up, the term "osmotic coffee" is wrong because it inaccurately describes the coffee brewing process and misapplies the scientific concept of osmosis. The correct terms for the processes involved in brewing coffee are extraction and diffusion.
I like latae
Damn I learned a lot. Thanks man.
how tf is this not viral?? youtube itself commented
Does cappuccino have art?
Damn this is interesting af. Thank you for the inspiration!
What’s a cappuccino if that’s not one?
I could never make that
Shouldn't it be called oil swishing?
Oil pulling is an ancient method to not just clean one's mouth but detoxify the whole body. Along with this technique I recommend my patients Plant Ayurveda's Detox Tea
what a wonderful video and experience. Thank you so much for sharing with us.
Jehovah forgive 🙏 me in Jesus Christ name 🙏
Maybe millimeters.
Thanks for making this video. I knew they were trying to deceive us in their video.

I make the best art. No one can touch my spirals. They r hypnotising... Cry😢
None of them are symmetrical
What brand of coconut oil?
Great video! Very helpful. Can anybody answer this question for me, I have just purchased fractionated coconut oil for my face and body, but will you get the same results with oil pulling if you're using fractionated coconut oil instead? Thank you.
For the ppl that use a cloth filter... After use, rince it out then put in freezer. I think Hoffman has a great video on cloth filters. It gets gross very fast but there r ways to keep it clean.
I can sleep cause I drank coffee
So you can use a Blue Bottle dripper?
Oil pulling is working for me - I do it once a week for 7 mins., I mix 2 T. of coconut oil w/ 1tsp. of Xylitol. I was told when I went to the dentist for my cleaning that my gums look much better - it was not the dentist who said it though😁
I think Sesame seed oil has more vitamins minerals and nutrients than coconut. So I thought it would win.
This is how I was taught old school
Beautiful thank u 💖
But wait, is that solid in the jar? Because it kinda looks like it.
Oil pulling works for what it is good for. It won’t regenerate a decayed tooth or anything miraculous though.
